In the past, the Carnival has raised more than $10,000 each year for the school.

WE HAVE A RAFFLE THAT CHANGES EVERY YEAR...

Money from the raffle & the Carnival goes directly back to Archer Glen!
Plus you get entered into a drawing for some pretty cool stuff! Tickets will come home with each student, via Friday Folders.

THERE ARE TWO TYPES OF TICKETS -
$1 for experiences like Principal OR Librarian For The Day.
$2 for prizes like A STAND UP PADDLEBOARD or A TRIP TO LANGERS.

Enter as many tickets as you'd like!! Ask you friends and neighbors. (Check only one item per ticket, please.)

Additional tickets are available in the office, can be purchased at the Carnival or you can download and print at home by CLICKING HERE

TICKETS CAN BE SUBMITTED UP UNTIL 6:45PM ON APRIL 26th at the Carnival.

WE HAVE A FUN SILENT AUCTION...

HOW DOES THE SILENT AUCTION WORK??

The Silent Auction will be In-Person with Bid Sheets located at each individual item.

- Opening Bid on each individual sheet.

- Bidding Increments noted on each sheet.

- Silent Auction Closes at 7pm with checkout shortly after.

- We accept cash, card and check.

- If you are not present to collect your winning items, you will be notified of your winnings via the contact information you provide and pick up will be in the front office.

All proceeds go directly back to Archer Glen!

It takes a lot of help to put on an event of this size. The carnival team has spent months preparing, but we still need lots of people to help set up, work the games during the fair, and of course cleaning up. If you are interested in volunteering your time for this event, please click the volunteer sign up button.
Note: 7th - 12th grade students can earn NJHS or NHS credits by volunteering at the Archer Glen Carnival!!
