Presale FAQs
Do I have to buy during presale?
No. Wristbands, game tickets, and raffle tickets will also be available at the event.
Why buy presale?
Save $5 on wristbands and skip the line—your items will be ready for quick pickup.
Where do I pick up presale items?
At the presale table near the front entrance, organized by last name.
Do I need separate orders for each child?
No—one order per family is fine. Just select the total quantity needed for each item.
How many raffle tickets can I buy?
As many as you’d like.
How do I get my presale raffle tickets?
We’ll fill them out and place them in the correct raffle boxes for you. We will be writing the name that submitted the order.
What payment methods are accepted?
Online orders go through a secure check out using Square. You can also send cash/check with the presale form or pay at the door.
How many winners are there?
Each raffle only has one winner except the Glow Night, that has TWO winners!
Do you have to be present to win?
Pie in the face winners must be present to win. The rest we will contact you if you are not present to pick up your item that night.
